I grew up in Mound, MN graduating from Mound Westonka High School in 1991. After a few years of working, I attended St. Cloud State University and graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree. I am in currently in my 8th year teaching here at Pillager. Since then, I have enjoyed the opportunity to work in a community of such wonderful staff, students, and parents. Coaching football, basketball, and golf affords me the ability to be further involved with our students in athletics. In 2006, I graduated with a Masters in Education degree from Southwest Minnesota State University. Currently I am furthering my education by taking classes from the University of St. Thomas and Colorado State University.
When not teaching or coaching, I enjoy spending time with my wife Stacey and four children Jacob, Drew, and Braedyn and Cameron. I also enjoy golfing, scuba diving, and four wheeling and camping. I am also a member of the Pillager Fire Dept. and a First Responder.
